Thank you for considering Mr.
Stox for your private party.
Our restaurant is a free
standing building handsomely
structured in an early mission
architectural style which belies
its elegant interiors. We offer
both valet and self-parking.
Our beautiful Napa Room will
accommodate up to 22 people.
The Chateau Room overlooks our
award winning wine cellar and
will accommodate up to 34
people, the Sonoma Room will
seat up to 80 guests and our
semi-private Bordeaux room can
seat up to 60 guests.
We also have an outside heated
terrace that holds 24 guests.
For larger groups we offer
outside catering, or the use of
two or more of our adjoining
dining rooms.
Banquet
reservations are considered
confirmed when a deposit has
been received. Deposits are
used towards the expense
incurred on the day of the
banquet. Deposits are
refundable if your function is
canceled two months prior to the
date of your banquet or if the
room is re-booked for another
function when notice is less
than one month.
In our private
rooms, we ask you to select one
appetizer, one salad, three
entrees and two desserts choices
for up to 30 guests.

For groups
exceeding 30 please select one
appetizer, one salad, two
entrées, and two desserts.
Please let us know if you have
any special needs to conform
with religious or dietary
restrictions so that other
arrangements can be made. A
selection of hot and cold hors
d’oeuvres is available for a pre
dinner reception.

Chateau Room
A menu selection
should be received by our
Banquet Manager at least one
month prior to the scheduled
function. For proper planning,
we will need an attendance
guarantee 48 hours prior to the
scheduled event. Final charges
will be based on the actual
attendance, or 90% of the
guaranteed number submitted,
whichever is greater. We will
provide seating for the number
of guests guaranteed. We reserve
the right to relocate private
parties to a smaller room if the
anticipated attendance
decreases.
A service charge
of 5% will be added to the bill.
An additional 15 to 20% gratuity
is recommended and 8.75% sales
tax will be added to all food,
beverage and service charges.
Complimentary services include:
Complete table linens and place
settings, fresh flowers, and
display tables. Any special
literature, books, or Audio
Visual equipment brought into
the restaurant is the
responsibility of the host.
Audio visual equipment can be
ordered by Mr. Stox.
Final payments are to be made at
the close of the function. We
accept all major credit cards
for your convenience. We look
