MR STOX GOURMET
BREADS
Mr Stox breads are made of the finest natural
ingredients and are baked in a steam injected
stone hearth deck oven twice daily at Mr
Stox Restaurant. The breads are made with
fresh ingredients with no preservatives
or sugar. These gourmet breads are great
slightly warmed in your oven or sliced for
toast. Please refrain from microwaving these
breads as it changes the flavors and the
textures that give them their unique characteristic.
The breads will also freeze well if properly
wrapped in plastic first and then foil.
Thank you for purchasing our gourmet breads
and hope you will enjoy them.
SUNFLOWER
SEED WHEAT
breads is a slightly sweet bread from honey.
The oblong oval shape and the sunflower
seed crust make this a truly unique bread.
The SOURDOUGH
bread made in a crusty country style shaped
as a round boule. The natural sour starter
is several years old and was started from
wild yeast of Cabernet Sauvignon grapes.
The bread dough has been retarded in a cool
resting place for sixteen hours to develop
flavor and texture before it is baked.
The KALAMATA
OLIVE AND ROSEMARY
is reminiscent of the flavors of northern
Italy. Made with strong black kalamata olives
and rosemary from the garden to create the
flavors reminiscent of Tuscany.
Our RED BEET
AND FENNEL
bread is definitely an eye opener with its
red beet hue and dusted flour top. It has
a soft bread texture with a slightly sweet
flavor from the red beets and the fresh
fennel blends in perfectly with the beet
flavors.
The WILD RICE
AND THYME
bread is a fabulous blend of wild and brown
rice, buttermilk, honey, and thyme. It has
an earthy country taste with a slightly
crunchy feel brought on by the wild rice
and garden fresh thyme.
