Catering Menus

 

Thank you for considering Mr. Stox for your catering needs.  Our staff is trained to provide     delicious food and caring service for your event.  We have experience in catering corporate lunches and dinner, retirements, wedding receptions, holiday events and personal celebrations

 

The menus are presented with separate pricing for each course to allow a maximum of flexibility in creating a menu for each event.  Our staff is available to assist you should you desire a single inclusive price per person.  These menus are based on serving a minimum of fifty guests.

 

In addition to the food and beverage charges, there are fees for staffing, gratuity (15%), service charge (5%) and sales tax (7.75%).  The charges for our service staff are as follows.

                       

Servers/Bussers                                          $40.00/hour                                 

Bartenders                                                  $40.00/hour                                 

Cooks                                                         $50.00/hour         

 

There are no charges for supervision of the event.

 

Bar Service- We are pleased to provide full bar services or assist you in serving your own alcoholic beverages.  Bartender charges are noted above.  the charges for a full bar set up including mixes, garnishes and soft drinks is $3.50 per person with, glassware, liquor and wine provided by the host.

 

Rentals- Our staff will be pleased to assist you in designing a floor plan.  We can also co-ordinate filling your rental needs for tables, chairs, bars, flowers, centerpieces, silverware, glassware and china.

 

Guarantees- We require a final minimum guarantee of the number of people to be served one week prior to the event.  We will be prepared to serve up to 5% more people than guaranteed.

 

Because we normally will bring more food to the site than may actually be needed, we are not prepared to provide you with leftovers.  There is also some question of liability with food left behind.  Our policy is to provide a complete clean up and remove all the leftover foods, beverages and waste materials.

The Special Hors D'oeuvres are Individually Prepared by a Chef

and Served for Your Guests.  A minimum of three stations

and fifty guests are required

 

The prices listed are for one hour of service and do not include chef’s labor changes.  Additional hours or service are 50% of the original hourly pricing.
