Restaurant. The breads are made with fresh
ingredients with no preservatives or sugar.
bread is made slightly sweet by the addition
of honey. The oblong oval shape and the
sunflower seed crust make this a truly unique
bread.

bread is made in a crusty country style
and shaped as a round boule. The natural
sour starter is several years old and was
started from wild yeast of Cabernet Sauvignon
grapes. The bread dough has been retarded
in a cool resting place for sixteen hours
to develop flavor and texture before it
is baked.

Italy. Made with strong black kalamata olives
and rosemary from the garden to create the
flavors reminiscent of Tuscany.
Our
bread is definitely an eye opener with its
red beet hue and dusted flour top. It has
a soft bread texture with a slightly sweet
flavor from the red beets and the fresh
fennel blends in perfectly with the beet
flavors.

bread is a fabulous blend of wild and brown
rice, buttermilk, honey, and thyme. It has
an earthy country taste with a slightly
crunchy feel brought on by the wild rice
